By placing an order on the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Customer Service Policy. 1. Order Placement & Confirmation

1.3 Order Modification & Cancellation

You may request to modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of submitting it, provided that the order has not yet been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot modify or cancel it, and you will need to follow our return procedures outlined in Section 4.

After shipment, delivery is estimated to take within 5 days. 2.3 Delivery Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information (including recipient name, address, and contact details). We are not liable for delays, lost, or misdelivered orders caused by incorrect shipping information provided by you. If you do not receive your order within the estimated delivery window, please contact us within 3 business days of the expected delivery date to initiate an investigation.

3. Payment Terms

You may return eligible products for a refund within 60 days from the date of delivery, provided that: (1) the products are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact; (2) you provide a valid proof of purchase (e.g., order number); (3) the products are not in our non-returnable category (including sports bras, underwear, personalized items, and final sale products).

4.2 Return Process

We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions. You must include the RMA number on the return package. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Once we receive and inspect your returned products (typically 3-5 business days after delivery to our warehouse), we will process your refund if the return meets our eligibility criteria. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and the processing time is 5-10 business days from the date of approval.
